On an item: Mana on Kill +70-100 (T8).

Cap: at most 200 from all equipped items together.

Among every modifier an item of that kind may roll, powers not counted (weights):

A suffix: a rarity allows only so many prefixes and suffixes (see Basics > Rarity).

An item carries each modifier once at most.

Orb	What it does to this modifier
Orb of Awakening	Can roll it on a normal item (Common 65%, Uncommon 35%).
Orb of Gilding	Can roll it on a normal item (Rare 55%, Epic 30%, Legendary 15%).
Orb of Grafting	Adds it at random when the item has an open suffix and suits it.
Orb of Upheaval	Rolls every unbound modifier again: it may come or go.
Orb of Fate	New rarity (often none): every modifier rolled again.
Orb of Unmaking	May remove it (one random unbound modifier).
Orb of Excision	Removes it when you pick it on the bench.
Orb of Erasure	Removes it with the rarity and every other modifier.
Orb of Tempering	New value inside its tier (unless bound).
Orb of Reforging	New tier (by item level) and value when you pick it.
Orb of Binding	Binds it: Tempering, Unmaking, Excision, Reforging and Upheaval leave it alone.
Orb of Ruin	40% improve (60% of those: one tier more on every unbound modifier), 60% nothing; it never ruins the item.
Whetstone	Quality multiplies its value: +1% per stone, up to 20% (30% from Divine).
