Rules
Only an item with a rarity and a modifier that is not bound.
Uniques, ruined items and stacks are refused; the crafting bench shows what an orb would do before you use it.
Used directly: Use with on the orb, then click the item.
On a Rift Key
Removes one random modifier of a Rift Key.
