Adds one random modifier on an open prefix or suffix of an item with a rarity.
Rules
Only an item with a rarity and an open prefix or suffix.
Uniques, ruined items and stacks are refused; the crafting bench shows what an orb would do before you use it.
Used directly: Use with on the orb, then click the item.
On a Rift Key
Adds one modifier to a Rift Key (three at most).
