Monster drops	Boss monsters: per kill Boss 0.48% (x item find).
Expected effort	~1 in 210 boss kills of the listed monsters (before item find; rift and Omen chests roll it too).
World bosses	Nyxareth the Void Archon: a corpse drop, and every eligible player has 0.5% (+ share x 3%) to get a boss-only unique of that boss.
Rift chest	One unique roll at the loot tier of the rift (tiers 1-3 magic, 4-6 rare, 7-10 legendary, 11+ boss).
