Reality tears: Nyxareth the Void Archon steps out of the void!
Enraged, it pulses death damage (2,500-4,000) within 7 sqm every 7 s.

Mechanics
Red marks pulse on the ground where the hit will land; the hit lands only on the tiles still marked, so walk out. A bar under the monster bar names the next mechanic and counts down.
